Luxe Homes Ltd is a local, Midland, house builder specialising mainly in new housing sites within mature town and city suburbs.

The company has a creative design-lead approach which is steered and nurtured by the two company directors who are Chartered Architects with a combined total of 62 years professional experience. Two further directors bring to the company a wealth of construction experience, this amounts to in excess of 50 years and are key persons in achieving the highest standard of constructional built quality,which is supervised by the architects ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Each housing site we assess, design and develop goes through an extensive review and analysis procedure which follows a route prescribed by our professional institute – The Royal Institute of BritishArchitects. Our designs for housing developments and individual house types seek to combine the attributes of space, light and functionality.

The floor plan layout of our houses are very carefully planned out to maximise every potential for views, sunlight and inter-connection with the garden. Whenever possible, we seek to utilise the roof space as useable floor space in order to maximise the value for money for the buyers of Luxe Homes.

With Luxe Homes being headed up by CharteredArchitects and professional building contractors, we have the benefit of the latest knowledge, styles, materials, construction methods and techniques.

In addition to the visual design attributes of space, light and style, we also focus upon energy conscious design. In our design process we prepare detailed energy efficiency calculations to minimise fuel costs and, through our on-site management, we ensure that the insulating details are carefully carried out. All of our houses are tested before handover to ensure airtightness.

The driving philosophy of Luxe Homes Ltd is to create houses that we, as directors, are proud to have been involved with and it gives us great satisfaction when we receive owner feedback from residents who express to us their enjoyment of living in their new Luxe Homes house.
